Recevoir toutes les réclamations soumises par les clients ayant acheté des voitures à l'international ;
Lorsque cela est possible, évaluer les réclamations reçues par les acheteurs individuels sur la base des informations internes et/ou des preuves fournies par les acheteurs ;
Suivi des réclamations ouvertes lorsqu'une information est en attente pour régler un cas (informations manquantes de la part des acheteurs / informations supplémentaires du pays vendeur nécessaires) ou lorsqu'une réclamation est prête à être clôturée mais nécessite un paiement à l'acheteur ;
